Messages are limited to appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and cancellation notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Phone numbers are shared only with our messaging carrier (Twilio) strictly to deliver these messages, never for marketing by others.

Sharing of information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: our booking and database hosting provider and our SMS delivery carrier, and only as needed to provide the service or when required by law.

Data retention and security

We keep appointment and customer records for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal requirements. Access to customer records is restricted to shop staff through PIN-protected accounts, and barbers see only the information needed for their own appointments.

Your choices

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete your customer record by calling (727) 238-3104 or visiting the shop.

Children

Our booking site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information without a parent or guardian.
